The “Connectivity for All” project establishes strategic alliances to provide essential resources and enrich the project with experience and expertise. The participation of the public, private and social sectors has made it possible to broaden the scope and potential of the investment and broaden the spectrum of impacts for the population.
Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), through its Program to Support Communities and the Environment (PACMA), contributed the cost of the fiber optics to build the 922 km long State Dorsal Network, which covers 12 of the 13 municipalities in the state.
State Higher Education Institutions: Collaboration with universities and technological institutes has facilitated the integration of the project with curricula and academic activities, maximizing its impact on education. This synergy between the education sector and the digital infrastructure has been a key factor for the success of the project.

Cotemar S.A. de C.V. is an oil industry company that together with the government of Campeche managed the support of Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) and supported us directly with logistical support for the development of the project.

Huawei Technologies as the main provider of broadband distribution equipment contributes with its advanced technology to ensure a robust and efficient network allowing the project to offer a high-quality internet service crucial to carry out the educational, health and governmental activities required by the state’s population.

Edilar, S.A. de C.V., as a Google for Education Partner, has enriched the project with digital resources and content, including the establishment of digital libraries and robotics workshops. This has had an impact on the digital literacy of the population in both urban and remote communities and has improved educational opportunities in the region.

SITWIFI S.A. de C.V. as the main provider of the strategy to distribute wireless connectivity in the 300 locations that make up the project, contributing its experience and professionalism.
The “Connectivity for All” project is an outstanding example of how public-private partnerships and intersectoral collaboration can bring about significant transformations in society. These alliances have made it possible to overcome logistical and financial challenges, ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of the project.
